Ken was born and raised in Vancouver with over 28 years of experience in marketing real estate in Vancouver. Completed and obtained his diploma in Urban Land Economics through the University of British Columbia - Appraisal Option. Ken was a member of the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia (R.I.B.C.), so he has a full understanding of the technical side of the industry, along with vast experience in dealing with the intangibles that normally cannot be taught in a classroom.
The real estate industry has been experiencing constant changes, legally as well as technically. Ken has been taking continual educational upgrading to keep pace with the evolution. With the years of experience, the people skills acquired, along with everything else makes Ken a very capable realtor.
